Don't recall having ever seen Clark Connors wrestle. 28 but been in NJPW for 4 years, he only ranked 353rd in the PWI 500 for 2021, think it's pretty clear he will be in there to take the pin now. Big opportunity for him, interesting to see how he looks.

They needed to do a 4 way. White and Okada are not on the same tier level as Page and Cole. Page prolly lasted that long as champ cuz Kenny was hurt, and Cole didn't even make it to the main roster on WWE so he's not really a major star except for in some wrestling circles. Okada and White are two of the top level stars in NJPW. For a ppv of this importance, the njpw side would be highly favored if they had those matches. Punk, Bryan Danielson, Omega, even Mox or Jericho would be a bigger marquee matchup and opponents than Adam Cole. If this were njpw vs wwe, and Cole was there, I can name at least ten people that would be higher ranked for a match against Okada or White for the iwgp title. This fourway helps Cole and Page not look as bad.
