Man Owen called Sable "homely" and "ugly"
Sable was bad as hell. Probably still is but man
2003 Sable was prime Sable. She had filled out a little bit.
1996 Sable was pretty, but too slender IMO. 2003 Sable was sexy. 1998-99 was somewhere in between.
It shocks me that Owen never got a full run with the belt. He deserved at least 3 months, if Backlund could get a week (though that was actually a decently-executed title change)
still don't really understand what the "wildman" gimmick was supposed to be in Vince's eyes.
Its crazy to know that this ppv was originally supposed to be HHH's night to shine.... but that Curtain Call debacle got him in the doghouse
so Snuka 2? like i can't tell if it was supposed to be Tarzan or like a wild partier type dude.
I looked forward to this event more than I did any other. With the kind of talent at WWE's disposal, it's a damn shame that KOTR isn't a part of the PPV rotation.
That said, I think I can begrudgingly accept it not being a thing if it means the winner of it doesn't automatically change his gimmick to that of royalty.
I've also come to realize that Johnny B. Badd was confused. Wildman Marc Mero is what happens when he got him some box (Sable) and realized he wasn't with the
lifestyle
(as Austin) EVERYBODY IN THE CROWD WOKE UP THAT NIGHT!
