From a legal side, I still don't know about his wealth. A judge cannot make you give more than the projected spending and quality of life, had the marriage continued in dollar terms . I agree that if he makes money from stocks or business proceeds, a portion of that income can be taken by a court as part of the projected estimate , but I don't think a judge can force inheritance of the assets themselves unless he falls behind on cs payments and they are ceased. I still don't understand how the house ownership would magically transfer to the kids. I'm assuming he will lawyer up and fight for 50/50 custody, so I don't think that woman could get enough from child support to keep that house unless he fumbled the case and let her have whole custody.
You can make moral or ethical argument that the kids should get stakes in his business or home but I don't think there is any legal precident (in the absence of court arrears) of those children getting the assets themselves. I would assume that income stream would dry up entirely at 18.

Japanese women are notorious for doing that with white guys. I've heard quite a few stories of them marrying a kat, having kids, then taking those kids back to Japan to live with her parents while hubby is deployed.

.Fúcked up thing is that a single parent can definitely raise a kid over there. They live by the saying "it takes a village". There's even a program there that gives money to parents in order to help raise their children.
