At the bolded part - I agree. However, here's the thing. Many non-Western women know that the West is far too lenient on women and allows them to get away with foolishness. That's why many non-Western women want to come to the West. And if they have to get with a man they have no attraction for just to get to the West, so be it.

ive been all around the world....if by culture, you mean the laws and economics of a given country then yes that constricts the true nature of a lot of women but everyone is online on social media consuming the same stuff these days and women's intrinsic nature is all the same.
