I'm thru with lean but what about weed?
No eating out will be my biggest hurdle. I don't cook. Even at my fittest I ate subway, Quiznos, lubys and Boston. Market at best and avoided fried foodsAaaassnd this was gonna be my suggestion lol.
Also no alcohol and no eating pout while you're on your quest.
I'd recommend the elliptical over the treadmill since it'll be easier on your joints and thus your cardio sessions will last a lot longer.
Oh and I'm allowed to make fat jokes because I 5'8" 265 lbs a couple years ago
No weed will be tough also I love smoking before and after workouts feel like it helps me recoverNo weed either
