I have a gym membership at LA Fitness but I never go

That's where I think I should start??

Bruh,you gonna have to change your whole life my man.

Getting healthy,lean and in shape is a long process bruh,Ima realist and I'm not gonna sell you a false dream,this will be at least a hard 2-3 years of consistent grind you gonna have to put in far as working on your body.

People get discouraged because it takes a while,but they don't understand how long they've been fukking up they body for.

Stop drinking lean breh

Yea 30-60 minutes of cardio like 5 times a week and eating clean should be enough. Don't even worry about lifting weights or w/e, you have like 120-130lbs to lose
What about eating?

I'm thru with lean but what about weed?

Aaaassnd this was gonna be my suggestion lol.

Also no alcohol and no eating pout while you're on your quest.

I'd recommend the elliptical over the treadmill since it'll be easier on your joints and thus your cardio sessions will last a lot longer.

Some questions.

How often do you eat out?

Do you drink alcohol? And how much?

Have you ever spent a considerable period of your life exercising? Any sports?

And lastly how much time do you have on your hands to spend working out?
3 times a day everyday


Maybe a bottle of ciroc or champagne a couple times out the year. Not really a big drinker but have started sipping lean several times out the week. Bout to stop tho


I used to workout do treadmill atleast 30 mins a day about 9 years ago for several months. No sports really in last 10 years

Not much free time. I work 7-4 m-f and my commute to and from takes at least a hour

No eating out will be my biggest hurdle. I don't cook. Even at my fittest I ate subway, Quiznos, lubys and Boston. Market at best and avoided fried foods

No weed either


We don't need you killing a tub of ice cream every time you get lifted :usure:
No weed will be tough also I love smoking before and after workouts feel like it helps me recover
