Found one , joint was kinda nice too , good display by both the 52 blocks guy and the boxer :whew:

*edit , in case anyone is wonderingaboutt he backwards gloves, he mentioned in another vid that it's just something he does during sparring , lessens the impact on your partner when your gloves are turned that way.

it has to be effective if it's used in prison because where else where you can develop fighting other in hostile environments
The 52 is a very effective system when trained properly...A lot of nikkas think its just slap boxing and jokes but its not...You're just watching clowns who claim they know what they're doing...The point of all those movements is to put you in optimal position to land a powerful strike whether punch, elbow or forearm...The movements when done properly have every angle covered...If you are eliminating elbows and forearms the system is then rendered pointless hence why its not used in the ring...

I've seen dudes catch a jab between the bicep and forearm, then turn around and smash a nikka in the mouth with an elbow so thorough you'd thought son caught a spear in his throat...Just two incredibly swift well timed movements...If you haven't seen it before you'd think dude was a JKD black belt or some shyt...

Push hands generally isn't my "thing" so to speak, although I don't doubt the effectivness in training them. But I can honestly say I truly enjoyed this video.

Maybe it was the vibe, the energy, the report, or all of the above.
A good watch, with a few good pointers too

We can debate all day about fighting and the arts and different styles, but I think one thing we'll all agree on is that ol' dread in this vid would beat the daylights of most of your regular average everyday hood nikka. They wouldn't know what hit them

this shyt looks like wing chun, I never seen it used in a real fight

I seen a wing chun guy fight a kick boxer but his stance was a little modified
