Yeah and he‘ll be reduced to a local ass nikka if he just keeps putting out work. Yes, he's very talented, u can tell that he studied all the greats and that became his own man over the last few years but he needs the right team behind him to push him....and that's g-unit.
Gunit is what gave him that street edge, he wouldve been chilling with peedi if he started with the roc and he d be too boring to rock with a Good music or whatever.

When it comes to pure lyricism, Banks is top ten easily. fukk Gunit. As long as he's with the Unit, he won't be able to reach his full potential. i posted in thread back on that other site how 50 was always jealous/trying to clown Banks in front of people.. he slapped Banks up one time in the elevator of the Ecko building(G-Unit clothing, was ran outta there before going defunct) in front of alot of people.. one, being a good friend of mine who was designing for G-Unit(he did Bucks NY-esque logo).. slapped him up, and told him he was gonna take his chain back..

The game is way different too. These days branding is everything. Even if you have the talent + catalog, if you're affiliated w/a dead brand its damn near impossible to blow, cause of these flaky ass fairweather fans. All those songs with Justin Timberlake and Jermiah, that's pop son. What 50 needs to do is hop on southern beats. He sounded pretty good on the Riot remix, made him sound hungry again.
