Its in the interview I'm not sure how u miss that part where he basically said the same except for the part where he says he wants them to do it on their own.
He's had conversations with them face to face telling them "ya seen how I did it, ya were there for everything, why can't ya do it?"

they're entire career is based off the buzz 50 established on his own as a solo artist. They were hot by affiliation. If 50 hadn't dropped an album that just sold 13 mil, nobody would know or care about Banks or Yayo. And since then, they've done nothing to further establish their brands. They rode 50's coattails for a decade.
