beed a playlist of all the 50 disses lol

Thought about this and it would be pretty good all things considered. :ehh:

Why did Gza dis him?

50 Cent dissed ODB, and Wu took notice. Then supposedly Ghost threw him down some steps.

GZA had not kind words for 50's talent and 50 got upset. GZA doubled down and dropped Paper Plate.

What was the consensus on him vs Nas when it happened?

Put it to you this way, back in Summer 2005 after G Unit got sonned by G Unot by Game and D Block sinning Curtis to Kingdom Come, even a lot of (former) G Unit stans were :francis: about their lord and master going against the gawd MC. Nas dropped "don't body yourself" and a lot of vets like AZ, Raekwon, Ghostface and others were gonna ride with Nas. Curtis thought about it, and backed off relatively quickly.

Like all his other beefs, he took a few jabs and made some jokes here and there, but for the most part, he didn’t really engage. He knew he couldn’t go bar for bar with anyone. Instead, he pretended the beefs weren’t happening and relied on the machine to keep him afloat in the mainstream.

At the time, the mixtape circuit was very niche, so most people didn’t know what was going on. However, those who were aware never looked at him the same after the onslaught of Game’s and D-Block’s mixtapes.

On some bar for bar timing you can argue he isn't undefeated, he aint no spitter like that, super pause. That's obviously not how he gauges this stuff tho, lol, he gauges it by whose public perception and/or business suffered more due to the battle, yours or his. It's almost always the other guys. He's not trying to outrap you, he's trying to make people laugh at you and look at you different.

So how did Jadakiss come out the battle? How did Game come out the battle? Nas? Were they punchlines of the culture, or pillars of the culture that reminded the rap audiences that they were heavily respected in the first place?

Meanwhile, I vividly remember the sophomore efforts of Banks and Buck flopping so bad, that Curtis benched them and let Kanye get the lead in 2007, that ended Curtis domination altogether.
