nikkas forgot about that weak ass song weeks ago
:gucci:

And answer me this

How can some regular cac use AI and make Drake-esque music that is just as good, if not better than Drake's ACTUAL MUSIC these days?

:scust:

fukk relevancy. No one is playing Honestly Nevermind decades from now. None of the newer shyt Drake has put out is getting burn. The furthest back it's gonna go is maybe God's Plan. I'll even give you a song or two off Certified Lover Boy

But his shyt has been soulless, shallow, microwavable, generic and forgettable for years

Soulless. Proven by the AI songs. I have nothing else to prove. Just like Drake
:unimpressed:

Breh that AI song was fun and catchy and no way better than real Drake music.

And it’s not our fault that Pusher T was at his peak relevancy when she when he was with Gene, Chad and Pharrell. Who knew that the mainstream wasn’t interested in him as a soloist constantly making music about crack.

At least when Freddie does it, the wordplay is elite and the beat selection is a vibe. :manny:

I’m a Clipse fan because Pharrell and Chad put them in front of us with some great tracks and it was consumeable.

We accept Drake for who he is and kudos to him for having staying power. No one is looking to him as this savior of the game or this barometer of what’s in style. Dude makes good music. That’s it.

Push still makes better music. To this day

It doesn't matter how popular it is. Lil Nas X has millions of fans

How many fans does KRS One have? How many avid fans does Nas have these days? How much does Nas sell?

How much does Lil Uzi Vert sell?

Exactly. Here today and gone tomorrow. Relevancy is irrelevant. Great music lives forever. Art with substance and complexity is invaluable. That's the difference

This is the last thing imma say. Drake already exposed himself enough. This thread is just for history. Yall stans will never be able to rewrite this history. This is hip hop

He denied all of this shyt since the beginning. Hid his son

You were not hiding the world from your kid. Don't believe the lieeeeeess

Fear runs Drake's life. He lives in fear, insecurity, greed, and disloyalty. This is his legacy

Laaaaaast thing I promise

One of the many post-Adidon subs Drake threw

"Last year, nikkas really feel like they rode on me
Last year, nikkas got hot 'cause they told on me" - Drake, Omertá, 2019

This nikka. He has been riding this "you told on me for hiding my son. It was the vulgar shock value
:damn: " narrative to the ground ever since Adidon

But the shyt that NOBODY who defends Drake EVER talks about

Push got this information about Drake's son

From 40. Drake's producer. 40 slept around with an industry thot and pillowtalked about Drake's son

And this information got back to Push. Because these thots in these celebrity circles get passed around like fliers

Drake's whole circle is suspect
:mjtf:

But Push is the one in the wrong. After responding to his wife's name being brought up

:unimpressed:

This is the last undisputable fact I'm posting today Drake stans. Cope with this and keep juelzing about how relevant Drake still is

While yall defend his name and fame, he's going to eventually look in the mirror sometime today in shame

Maybe not even for longer than 10 seconds

But Drake will forever have to live with that ether

One day yall will learn to live with it too

How you gonna ROFL with a hollow back?
I'm a hip hop head, first and foremost, so Push/Clipse/Re-Up Gang will always get infinitely more replay from me than Drake. I have heard nearly every diss track, from every big name artist, and most smaller artists for that matter, from the last 30+ years, and Story of Adinon is definitely a top 10, overall, personally a top 5. Most scathing since "bytch in U", and even more impactful because he was forced into silence in way of music, and then the whole "I just hope I didn't disappoint you, Bron" was one of the cringiest things we have ever seen.

Those JBP clips were a moment in time, I’m actually listening back to them.

One of my favorite podcasts at the time, they were so excited to dive into Duppy (which is a great diss track). Great dissection of it.

Then Push’s track dropped while they were recording; they stopped to listen…… and the entire room felt like a morgue after :bryan:

I was listening to a semi-debate on a podcast (708 outsiders only) on if Push or Jim Jones was the bigger artist

Truth of the matter is this:

Push is a HELL of a rapper. The Suga Free of Coke Rap, really.

But his REAL legacy is that he has consistently shown up every few years and put his foot on the biggest rap artists' necks (wayne and drake).

And if that's his legacy, then it is what it is.

That Ether.

That shyt that makes your soul burn slow.

Kinda funny how 40 caught a stray in this beef but yet In still came out relatively clean, considering he was a huge pillar in this beef.
And almost no one has ever talked about this. If it wasn't for that JBP interview with Push, that fact would've never been known publicly

"Still giving you classics, that's the only thing that dates me
OVO 40 hunched over like he 80

It was wordplay, and a response to the "signature faded" line on Duppy. Push basically said "aight I never fell off. I'm not washed up. But your man is"

This, and your man is sick. In more ways than one

Drake's "homeboy" sold him out. And his dumbass had lines on his little freestyle about Push's age and his  Wife

Drake did this to himself

A large amount of listeners aren't genuine hip hop fans. They don't even think critically. They read headlines, shocking lyrics, and have opinions based on how they feel about them

They don't look deeply and process shyt. Push did everything tactfully on that track. You can tell. After 5 years, everything makes sense to me now

With the track, the backstory, and how it's still unfolding today
