I've been off these for a week...I'm used to coffee so these have no effect on me, but they're making tweak..last nite I crashed hella hard..these certainly can't be good for you..I drank two today and I feel like shyt...nothing beats coffee tho..coffee is healthy actually if you drink one cup a day, just like how red wine is..these 5 hour energy drinks just like red bull and other energy drinks need to be banned..they're unnatural..
