Hearn did go to bat for Andrade after Demetrius beat Williams. It was interested how Hearn vented frustration towards Golovkin, and outright called for Andrade going over to PBC to make the fight with Mal.

That being said, that's what happens when you fight nobodies for basically your whole career. Dude iced his own career, now nobody is looking to him for a fight.

I do think Hearn tries to angle for a Golovkin trilogy and an Andrade fight for Canelo if he's successful against Plant, and if Canelo does continue to work with Hearn.

Fights with Benavidez and Mal would be extremely lucrative though, and could seriously jeopardize the Andrade fight. Not sure those get passed up for Andrade, especially after Canelo told Andrade that he's never getting the fight to his face.

It was more devastating because Billy was bringing his head forward at full speed. Same reason homeruns on fastballs go way further. It was the perfect punch. We've seen eye sockets blown out on regular punches. So when you add in forward momentum it's only gonna make it ten times worse. It's just basic physics. Billy Joe essentially dove head first into the hardest punch in canelo's arsenal.

I actually couldn't believe how precise the punch was. In the moment, I saw Billy do the slight buckle/awkward step indicating that he was hurt, but I figured the uppercut caught him on the chin. When I seen his eye immediately black, and then the replay, I couldn't believe it.

Just a devastatingly precise punch.


Might be my favorite punch that Canelo has thrown.
