I enjoyed the show, 8/10. Certainly wasn’t bad but also not what I would call great. It was just at a consistently good level for the majority of the night.

Went on too long and some of these matches would have been better served being on weekly TV.

There were story threads weaved in throughout the night to carry into Dynamite which often does not happen at AEW PPVs.

Didn’t find any match bad other than the FTW title match. But there also wasn’t any match that would typically be considered a Match of the Year level match that we normally get out of an AEW PPV. Of course this year Ospreay-Danielson from Dynasty has that wrapped up, hence why I said typically.

Most memorable thing that will come from this PPV will be MJF returning.

Pretty much continues the trend of it being one of the lesser performing PPVs for AEW despite it being considered one of their tentpole PPVs since it’s one of their original PPV names. Better than the last two editions of DoN but is likely in the bottom third of AEW PPVs.

I don't like giving out scores to anything I would just say that it was a very good show that COULD have been better if they trimmed a few things down.

- Trent/O.C., BBG/Death Triangle, Jericho/Hook/Shibata could have all been either Buy In matches or just a regular Dynamite.
- MJF's lengthy promo could have been saved for Dynamite as well but I understand why they did it here.
- Anarchy in the Arena could have trimmed some fat. They tried to cram way too much shyt into one match.

If they trimmed the time down and had a 7 match card I'd have said it's up there for PPV of the year (though nothing is beating WM XL Night 2)

The MJF promo really stretched the night, but I think it was worth it judging by the reaction he got. I looked at the clock at one point and we were approaching the hour mark with only one match in the book.

OC/Trent coulda shoulda been on TV if it wasn't gonna blow the angle off.

I didn't mind the Learning Tree match but it would've been a good Collision main event. Can't deny Jericho is starting to get this new shyt over though :francis:

Gonna rewatch the main events and Roddy/Os today.

That mf Darby broke his foot and got hit by a bus……

And came back in a month :dead:

His cells need to be studied and replicated :dead:
Unbreakable Darby Allin

:deadrose:

judging by Twitter and the comments I knew this was a long one. Will try to work it in some today. Not sure I will watch all of it though.
