Jericho went from being admired for having longevity and still putting out decent programmes and matches at his age to now being called a fat 50 year old out of shape WWE star.....and all it took was hurting feelings and changing companies not any actual decline:pachaha:

nikkas been saying this for a while in the new japan threads and he looked even worse there because he had one some weird ass make up :hhh: along w everything else :hhh:

The AEW roster can't just have cruiserweights doing flippy shyt all the time. Sure the core fanbase likes it but eventually the novelty is going to wear off.

Like someone mentioned in this thread I hope Dustin Rhodes stays with the company and works behind the scenes organizing the matches.
My biggest worry was that it'd be nothing but flippy shyt and white boy humor. Jericho, Dustin and some good backstage agents will be a must to keep them reigned in

Like I said all it took was a jump to a new company:pachaha:
To be fair, we've all been cracking jokes on the absentee father alcoholic Jeristooge for a number of years now. He's become increasingly washed in the ring and annoying in real life, but his name still adds value and credibility. He is still good enough in the ring for a decent brawl, but I hope they learn from New Japan and let someone like Jericho, who is obviously on the down side of his career, work in the mid card.

I don't think he should've gone over Kenny at all, but I'm assuming it was part swerve and partly to set up a third match over the AEW title at some point. I don't think Page is ready to be champ but I don't think a 48 year old Jericho should be the inaugural champ at all. That's TNA shyt.

They've kinda backed themselves into a corner with this situation.

I don't think Page is ready either but ill take him over Jericho :yeshrug: Page showed glimpses of stuff last g1 . Speaking of which a tournament to crown the first champ would have been dope, I'm a fan of tournaments in wrasslin' tho.

I kinda figured he's there as their semi mainstream attraction who can do the things you mentioned and not much else. I get Omega-Jericho being the Main Event since thats the biggest name match up and I can see the idea of him going over Kenny on this one just to be less predictiable but I assume hes taking the L in the title match

And now people can stop comparing Brandi to Alicia Fox, Cameron, and Ember. Brandi would’ve been with Cody if he was black. Alicia, Cameron, and Ember wouldn’t (most definitely Alicia/Cameron wouldn’t have)

I also noticed a few people push back on this citing the Bucks saying some republican stuff years back and saying Cody/Brandi are republicans etc.

All I know is if they rebpublicans then they doing a good job not doing republican shyt (Benefits for victims of gun violence, preaching diversity, signing LGBTQ wrestlers, talking health insurance, equal pay) and as long as they shut up bout their true views Im fine with it:yeshrug:
