I agree withhiphoplives4eva. It's easy to say that you need more black people in a position to implement but what's the point if you don't own the institutions. You are just a pawn for the higher ups who do in fact have ownership of the institutions. And that School to Prison pipeline is a scary and all-to-real situation for too many young black children. I do, however agree that there needs to be a radical shift in the mentality of our people in regards to education.
