Although, there's video of 40 hitting a bum, "g checking rappers", flashing guns, and it other dumb shyt, those incidents don't have anything to do with Game beating him up. Since there's video footage of Game assaulting him, there's a chance that Game will have to pay something. I just don't get why "Big Bad 40" would throw away everything for a few dollars.
