Remember, Game money is long too. They can drag this out in court for years and whomever has the most dough in the end usually wins. My guess is the plantiff parties would like to settle. Either way, 40 percent goes to the lawyers. They win regardless.

Man a friend of mine who is a loser for life got thrown through a fukking glass window and busted his knee up and got paid later on! He settled out with the dudes moms! We said that was the best thing that happened to him in his life! Well 40 seems to be on the same route here, he will make more money than he has working his whole life from getting his ass whipped so..... He will witness his biggest check yet.
