When I arrived back and they told me my son was dead, they would have to hold me back because I’m beating that bytch’s ass until she’s unrecognizable and suing the fukk out of them.

I’m so glad my son’s father taught him how to swim. It’s ridiculous that this woman clearly wasn’t capable of keeping her eye on this child during this lesson. How are you a swim instructor but unable to keep your eye on each child—for that child to drown that means at some point she wasn’t paying attention.

This is so sad, he’s such sweet adorable boy. May he Rest In Peace. This poor mother. :mjcry: I just can’t imagine. The saddest funeral I ever went to was my 6 year old cousin who drowned while he was with a friend of his dads. The mother kept trying to get in his coffin… she was never the same after it happened.

Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven
This boys father is a pussay. There's no way this could happen to one of my sons and I'm not bussing my guns...:bustback:
Yea but if you wait a little, you can plan and get away with it.

Oh I’d be hugging her in public and crying for her forgiveness while planning out her execution

Some things you need to take matters into your own hands. RIP lil man

I get why the parent left since her other kids had no issue. My problem is any place that requires me to leave my kids is a no go. If I voluntarily leave ok

How does a 4yo just drown? Has to be negligence if not outright murder
Is that common in America?

I have a 9 and 4 year old and I am always watching during swimming lessons. Can't imagine leaving them alone with the instructor...

Can only imagine the cops were all around when she came to collect him.

Either way, her life would have to be forfeit somewhere down the line. Get my family to a non extradition country and do what was necessary.

Not explaining is unimaginable. I wonder if she lawyered up immediately and they told her not to say shyt because it would be easiest to avoid a case if you keep your mouth shut completely. They can't prove criminal negligence if they know nothing whatsoever about what happened.

I understand the no parents allowed cuz kids might act differently with parents there and such.
HOWEVER THERE WAS NO OTHER ADULTS THERE NOT EVEN A LIFEGUARD WHO’S ONLY JOB SHOULD BE STAYING UP ON THAT CHAIR WATCHING THE POOL

THAT INSTRUCTOR A REAL c*nt IF SHE WAS DOING ALL THAT shyt ON HER OWN LIKE YA COMPANY CANT HIRE A LIFEGUARD TO STAY THERE WHICH SHOULD BE THE NORM?!? ESPECIALLY IF THAT c*nt HAD MORE THAN 3-4 KIDS THERE AT THE TIME?!

Wifey been talking about when we get kids they should get swimming lessons but ain’t no way they getting any if there isn’t an additional adult there specifically a lifeguard

My daughter's dance class has a no parents policy. I understand that. It's fukkin dance.

You couldn't pay me to leave my children alone in a fukkin swim class.

Swim instructor charged in 4-year-old's drowning death in Burke County

Alexandra Koch, Augusta Chronicle

The swim instructor at the center of a high-profile child drowning case in Burke County this summer is charged in the death of 4-year-old Israel "Izzy" Scott.
After months of silence, Augusta District Attorney Jared T. Williams recently announced his office's investigation led them to "conclude that a criminal offense has occurred in the death of Israel Scott," according to a news release.
Williams said he instructed the Georgia Bureau of Investigation to issue an arrest warrant for Scott's swim instructor, Lexie TenHuisen, 66, of Waynesville, North Carolina, on a charge of involuntary manslaughter.

Stop leaving your babies with these CACs unattended!!! Especially in dangerous situations like swim lessons or camping.

My kids don’t go anywhere unattended and left with CACs except school. Any extracurricular they either have black instructors or we sit in view and wait for them.

Dance class or not, I don’t understand that sh!t, at all :dahell: it just sounds shady as fvck to tell parents they can’t be present during their child’s learning of whatever they’re learning. Foh(not you but to that policy)

One of my best friends lost his son back in November. Kid was hit by a car.

Homie struggles everyday trying to keep it together. It's rough.

Brehs, you need to learn how to swim. I’ve met countless other black adults who can’t swim, and are afraid to learn. I learned at camp when I was 7. My mom put us in camp every summer, because she worked, and didn’t want us on the streets. We were taught by lifeguards, and there were always two lifeguards teaching every class.

When I was a teen, I went to a different camp, and they had multiple swim lessons going on all morning, and there were always multiple counselors, and lifeguards watching the pool at all times.

The fact that there was no criminal negligence found is absolutely absurd. I intend on teaching my own children how to swim, since I assisted with swim lessons when I worked at camp the two summers after I was too old to attend. Once you learn, it’s easy to teach kids, but you need more than one eye on the pool.
My parents never learned how to swim but they made sure to give me and my brother lesson when we were kids.
Hopefully these parents get their justice, they didn't do anything any good parent wouldn't do for their kid and yet they lost their son.
Somebody has to be held responsible for that.

I can’t imagine. I can’t even entertain the thought of losing a child, for very long, without it beginning to really affect me. It has to be the worst most unimaginable pain.

Many instructors have this policy but, as an instructor, it's a sign of insecurity and lack of confidence in ones skill. They dont want to expose themselves as being worthless
Kids act different when parents are around. Plus you have helicopter parents who won't let you teach in peace.
Makes the whole process run smoother.
