Villains don't sell if there's no hero to stop them so a standalone villain movie wouldn't do great business with the casual crowd. Peter Parker is more like Peter Pan movie wise.

It would be cool to actually get the villians`s perspective and journey sometimes. I think it would actually make the final battles more interesting because you've seen both sides. I can't think of any villian outside of magneto that's actual gotten that type leverage in these superhero movies.

People bringing up suicide squad need to remember that they are most likely going to end up being anti-heroes. The only real villain will probably be the joker.

This is such bs. A solo movie starring a Heath Ledger's Joker would do numbers.

If anything they should change shyt up once in a while and make a villain movie...a doom movie with doom and the protagonist for example. Thats one thing hollywood or america don't have the balls to do very often. Make a movie or game with the bad guy as the lead.

Some of the most loved movies of all time have a bad guy as the lead.

No movie has done an actual younger teen spider man. Ultimate Spider Man is easily some of the best stuff Marvel has done, cant waste the opportunity to bring it to the big screen

:russ: you can't be serious breh. What makes that pos cartoon one of the best things they've done?

Anyway, spider-man being perpetually young isn't just a problem the movies have, it's the company in general. They always refuse to let peter grow up even when he's a grown ass man. They constantly find ways to make him younger or less mature. Whether it's dissolving his marriage, not letting him let go of his aunt, etc.

Im not talking about the cartoon:scust:, im talking about the comics. the comics are easily in the top tier of spider man runs

I personally always enjoyed Spider-man stories where he was more or less peers with the Avengers/others. Teenage stories were cool but ehh....
