I just want to repeat that the cop that found Lewis months after the murder had followed him 2 months prior to the murder because he's a black kid walking in Howard beach. The same.cop that was at the crime scene that was heavily corrupted henceforth every piece of evidence is highly questionable. The same forensic DNA process that was used as the silver bullet for the prosecution was discontinued after this case due to the reliability of it.

Not to mention the original suspect as reported by the police was two white guys. Worst of all, the real killer is out there.somewhere.

The entire county would be the jury pool, it would never be from just a neighborhood it would completely taint the jury pool. It's bad enough in a media capital anyways.

Where did you read they were all white? I know there were black people on the first jury.

Do you realistically think that jurors can’t be tampered with ?? There’s companies that exist simply for the purpose of influencing jury pools and “advising” the jury selection process. No high profile jury is selected by picking names out of a hat . If they did select from Queens- any black jurors; they probably objected to or found cause to eliminate. If they start off with 40 potentials in the borough, 20 whites/20 black they probably eliminated 10 of the black potentials just for having family members or associates with criminal backgrounds, or for dumb shyt - unpaid parking tickets, etc Runaway Juries are not just a myth.

That’s the point - who’s going to admit to jury tampering?? Do you really think any prosecutor is going to make a statement that the jury was influenced . The only reason this is coming to light is bc of the defense lawyers research and investigation , along with some juror that was not rocking with the other jurors. Jury tampering is a crime, it’s a barrable offense which would provide a show of cause for a mistrial, release of the accused based on technicalities or dismissal of the charges.
