The FBI 100% had him pulled over twice. It's what they do. It's an investigative tool.

He probably was doing all that gloves and trash stuff because he KNEW he left the sheath behind, and therefore his DNA was vulnerable.

I think he came back to get it, even if he knew he wasn't going to be able to. Imagine that feeling of coming of that high of killing, and then realizing you left a key piece of evidence behind.

My house got broken into just like that lol @T-K-G

touched on it early in the thread, my door was locked but they broke windows

That roommate was probably just scared, drunk, but also not 100% sure it wasn't someone the roommates knew. If you know 20 year olds, college kids, white, suburban types, they are very timid and meek, just generally speaking.

If you read those InsideLooking posts on Reddit, which I think will be confirmed as accurate, he said something to the effect of "Sometimes it's just enough" about the other two, but I think that's true, and those 4 were targeted. How would he know which rooms? Without going door to door? Which floor? The other 2 weren't targets.

No one would think someone is upstairs getting murdered.

She was probably creeped out but didn't suspect a murder...could've just been some random dude she didn't know but her roommates did.
Again she opened the door 3 different times. She coulda shot them a “hey did y’all have someone come over?” text :russ: it’s a valid question to ask I’m tired of people acting like we are crazy for wondering why 8 hours went by

actually the sliding door thing is an OBVIOUS security breach that most people ignore, you can see that from the sidewalk, no need to know the tenants

won't go into excrutating details but there was an instance back in grade school where someone had a gun that wasn't supposed to, and nikkas needed to get that gun away from them. a 2nd floor apartment got scoped out, and that balcony was the immediately plan of entry, and, like these victims home ,that bytch was unlocked, no signs of forced entry :hubie: and im sure a TON of people leave their shyt unlocked like that all the time without thinking about it, yall are SLIPPING unless you on floor 3 and up  think a nikka won't get boosted up to that 2nd floor balcony if you want to

My mom made sure when she got her security system that ALL sliding doors were also connected to that shyt, people forget that a wall is just a wall, only a couple inches of material seperate you from rando's at any given point in time, better secure your shyt and aim to live in neighborhoods where random foot traffic isn't a thing, never know who's watching ya shyt
Sidenote I left the front windows open at home..you could see them from the street so it'd be stupid to go through then.

Anyway ma dukes came home and saw that window open and raced to the school to take my ass home while I was at the football team dinner :bryan:

you're just not accounting for the mistakes a coddled college aged woman who prolly NEVER had to call 911 for any violent shyt in her life would make :manny: it's sounds stupid but PLENTY of people get too stricken with shock/fear to dial 911 in situations or even think properly

that thread on that ex convict who executed like 4-5 people randomly outside a bar a few months ago, the daughter was standing OVER her dead father and just watched the killer walk up and put one between her head in the middle of the street (suprisingly she was one of the only survivors) :francis: it's a real thing mane

The house had a security system. I said before, my uncle had one Iike that and if any door was opened, including the patio door, after the alarm was set it went off.

So no. You would have to know that door specifically isn’t hooked up to the security system.

And there‘s also the question of why wait until that day to kill them at the house vs any other place with less people. They were still getting Doordash at 4 am. Sunrise is like an hour away.

Damn i didn't peep, but nah if this dude is as meticulous as it seems (he WAS studying criminal justice and was watching them for a long time) surveillance is everything, he coulda known, you right

he ALSO could have not known and took the chance :manny: he already took the chance of letting a witness look clean at him, situations like this are weird cuz it's like clearly calculated but then you got HUGE missteps in logic that show the cac wasn't all the way there mentally.

wasn't the logic on the day being he was going to travel to his parents house for the holidays right after as an alibi?

and yea i agree, it sounds like he felt it HAD to be that day, and he was REALLY banking on most of that house being alseep

Doordash driving reading this whole story like :ohhh::damn: cuz he coulda killed them and took their car after that food got dropped off and made this shyt even harder to figure out :wow:

He was watching from around 2:30 on, his phone goes off at 2:47. Went inside around 4:00. He knew the routine, he had staked it out before. He waited until all the lights he could see were off, and went in. The holiday thing I thought too, but no, seems like that was a hail mary scape. He planned to stay until at least Christmas.

The first thing I noticed this doesn’t seem like a routine. The girls went out to eat and came back by Uber. The boyfriend doesn’t live there and they came home from a party. One of the girls was moving out and gone after this weekend( if she’s the target that maybe why he went that night).

The only two survivors seemed like the only ones moving with regular timing.

The cell pings go back as far as June (schools start in August/September)so I don’t know if some pings are just coincidental of being nearby or if these girls were at that house that far back. If he were stalking them, there were probably better times than this.
