The affidavit is out. They caught him because he left his knife sheath on one of the rooms, and his dna matched. They knew about him since nov 29.

The wildest part is one of the girls saw him in a mask and then went to sleep even after hearing crying :dahell:
Study Ph.D. for criminology and leave knife sheath with your DNA at a murder scene :mjlol:

I would think they would have gotten his DNA from under the nails of his victims from them scratching.

Those cops got super lucky he left that sheath. It seems that he worked pretty hard to cover his trail so it had to be an accident. I bet he was shytting bricks when he realized that it was missing when he got home.

And that roommate hearing crying and seeing a masked man in their home then just shutting her door and not calling anyone until like 7 hours later is insane. :francis:

Those surviving roommates have to the some of the biggest idiots on the planet

The roommate, identified only as D.M., awoke at 4 a.m. Nov. 13 by what she thought was Kaylee Goncalves playing with her dog Murphy on the third floor.

A short time later, she heard what she thought was Goncalves saying "there's someone here," the document D.M. opened her door and heard crying coming from Xana Kernodle's room and a male voice saying "it's ok, I'm going to help you."
That's when she opened her door again and "saw a figure clad in black clothing and a mask that covered the person's mouth and nose walking towards her," Moscow police said in the affidavit. "The male walked past D.M. as she stood in a ‘frozen shock phase.’"

:why: fukkin dummy, then you go to sleep then the next morning you call the cops saying they look unconscious
