The 43 shot attempts were in a triple overtime game, I remember Barkley who hurt his elbow earlier in the series joking after the game that Jordan would have to ice his elbow too after shooting so much.

MJ is the GOAT. But stop acting like lebron is a bad jump shooter. There have been many statistics over the years showing that he is a good jump shooter. His 40 point game in boston was full of him hitting jumpers and this is in a must win game with all the pressure that comes with it. I'm not saying he is as good a shooter as Jordan, but he is not bad by any stretch. Remember we are watching highlights of him making every shot, so lets put things in perspective.
I'm old enough to remember that Jordan struggled against Detroit when he was 27 because he attacked the basket too much and they would beat him up for it. Once he started truly believing in his jumper more (it was already good), he was able to keep Detroits defense honest.
