We all know why it isnt.

Because leave it up to the news media...the same news media that said that Dylan roof (while explicitly saying "I'm here to kill black people", while adorning the Rhodesian flag and confederate flag) was not racially motivated in his attack, the same news media that shifted this murder to a conversation about a flag and gun control and Christianity, the same news media that tried to downplay this whole thing...this is just a coincidence and has nothing to do with a country based off of an inherently racist and anti black agenda since it's inception.

Anything that makes white society look bad just simply cannot be aired out to the rest of the world that believes this country is some melting pot where people get along. Nah. That lie has been exposed as a lie already.
