fighting styles similar to their respective pop's. but benn jr. has better chin and eurbank jr. not as strong as dad.
benn needs more ring craft. not sure if he can overcome the physical frame deficits.
in lieu of that he has to box smarter. out-point eubank. use his speed and the ring better to avoid getting clapped.

because benn does not have an obvious path to victory and 1 loss (@160) can be explained away, whereas 2 would be detrimental to his image.
strategy-wise it does not make sense.
even if benn won there would be calls for a decider, and he ain't winning two in a row.
this fight has given benn a platform that he should not waste on vendettas.
