That type of path has worked to varying degrees of success for the Acclaimed, Takeshyta, Swerve, Daniel Garcia, Skye Blue, Britt Baker, Jamie Hayter, and Willow.

Problem is, for ppl like me, you get ready to skip nights where your fav probably taking a L.

He's got a lot of potential but TK seems to think if you put someone in good matches it doesn't matter that they are the one taking the L's consistently because the audience will appreciate the work-rate. At the very least they should give him some Dynamite matches where he can beat other credible mid-carders in short matches to build his credibility. Same thing that TK needs to do for Hobbs.

Tony Khan seems to put less stock in wins & losses than he does in an underdog wrestler pushing the more established fighter "to their limits" before losing the match.
It's a weird booking habit that makes match outcomes very predictable, but it's what the core fanbase seems to like.

Wonder if they'll ever decide to void eliminator status when champions change or if they'll run out of challengers with so many having lost eliminator matches. Don't see why the champ can't just have the night off, maybe cut a promo or something but guess TK wants him fighting right away. Would smart choice be too have him but a promo to open then have it as first match? Or match then promo, long as he opens? Let Swerve set the tone for the night. Mox and Hobbs should main especially if they can use it to build something for a future show.

Eliminators only count with the current title holder. Problem is they never mention it.
