It's weird how even the best stuff they can present all seem to be past the point when they shoulda happened. But boooooooy... this card in 2021 woulda had Meltzer doing multiple pants-changes through the show.
I think the only match on this card that'll be better for happening now is the main event. And I'm still waiting to see how that even looks because something tells me there's fukkery afoot. Plus, Isaiah 'Swerve' Scott ain't have dia-beet-us c00n darkening around his eyes and woulda looked better holding the title as a result. Doubly so because if Swerve does win I guarantee he bleeds and... I'm in the Cody school of thinking they need the first press images of the black AEW title without him looking bloodied up and riding 5 months of sleep-debt.
