This was a shock to me be because Truck seems like the type that is serious and is focused on boxing only. Was looking forward to him getting exposure.

Let’s chalk it up to a one off. He has all the talent in the world.

This is going one of two ways. Jake gets badly exposed and becomes a laughing stock. Or he knocks askren out early and becomes a superstar. If Jake sleeps askren on some crazy shyt he might legit become the biggest star in combat sports

He will continue fighting MMA guys in boxing. Might not be the worst look for boxing if he knocks out some bigger profile MMA guys...just to balance out all the MMA delusion that has ran rampant over the last 20 years.

Ben was saying how it’s going to be easy because it’s “just punching”. While I get that in a way, there are fewer variables in that it’s two weapons, but people who train boxing have waaaay more knowledge on how to use them. I hope someone as intelligent as him isn’t actually going into this shyt with a Sherdog talking points mindset. Being around combat sports your whole life and not respecting how hard quality level boxing is is just willful ignorance.

There also banking on him having better endurance, i don’t even know about that. Ben thinks his mma endurance can just carry over is not gonna happen. U have to train and gain that in the sport.
