this is akin to UFC using James Toney as a lamb. Askren was regarded as a great MMA fighter (pre-Masvidal & Maia). Noe he looks below average as a boxer

i kind of agree with the toney comparison, but anybody who follows MMA knows that Askren was a lay and pray wrestler, it's why UFC wouldn't even sign his ass for years. boring ass fights.

We weren't talking about boxing. I just said Ben askren is a real fighter. Which he is. He has a pro fighting record and won legit pro fighting titles. Regardless of his boxing experience he's still a legit fighter. And Jake knocked his ass out easy. He gets props

I don’t know who you are talking about nor am I solidifying anything. At the very least Mcgregor has some semblance of boxing since that was his craft before doing MMA. And yet still Paul is 6’1 200 lbs while Mcgregor is 5’9 and at best probably walks around at 175. So basically it could go either way
