I would classify the feud as a part of the overall story of Hangman. It started with Moxley knocking Hangman out. Hangman comes back and knocks Moxley out. They have a back-and-forth where Hangman beats Moxley at his own shyt in the Texas Deathmatch. Moxley is bitter about the loss to Hangman and decides to take it out on all of Hangman's friends (Dark Order). When it looks like Hangman has no one left to help defend him, his old buddies the Young Bucks have his back. They squashed the beef with Hangman/apologized to him right before the trios tournament. Hangman also helped save the Young Bucks when they were getting beat down by Adam Cole/O'Reily/Fish after Adam Cole turned on the Young Bucks. Since the Bucks are helping Hangman, Kenny is also helping by association. BCC sees this happening and decide to deal with the Elite since they decided to butt into their business with Hangman. Danielson comes back with BCC because he sees Omega is involved & he's likely not over his loss to Omega whenever Danielson debuted in AEW.

I'm enjoying this storyline :yeshrug:

I appreciate the breakdown breh, although I don't recall the announcers ever explaining this or any video packages detailing this so this might be a case of you connecting dots in your head better than them

Even with what you described, I could still go for some more "seasoning" on the storyline to make it more of a personal issue so hopefully we get some promo duels or some backstage segments that can add that

That's the somewhat annoying part of AEW. A lot of these seemingly random matches do have somewhat of a storyline to them, but they don't do a great job explaining it. A lot of them are made under the assumption that the fan has been paying attention of history from other promotions, watches Rampage/Dark/Elevation/ROH. They don't. I was able to pick up this storyline pretty easily because it's all played out over Dynamite/PPVs which I watch regularly. I'm also heavily invested into the Hangman storyline since I find it interesting/entertaining since Hangman is probably my favorite guy to watch in AEW. I use to be indifferent on him until I saw the story playing out and became a fan.

Hope he stays on Dark, where he belongs :blessed:
Smh

If they want to keep him hot as possible though, They may as well keep letting NJPW be his primary booker cause TK bad habit of forgetting about mofos

Juice was signed officially how long ago…..And I can count on one hand how many matches he’s had of relevance

Darby/Swerve should be fun…I haven’t seen Swerve wrestle in awhile so I’m excited for that one.

I had no clue that he was down with Prince Nana and The Embassy though (I don’t watch Rampage anymore).
