Fletcher vs Okada on Saturday. I don't remember if that was on the list I ranked earlier today but that might be number 1 now. A win gives Kyle a big lead over the rest of the field, owning the tiebreaker over Shelton after the win tonight. Plus against the defending champ who needs to win after an opening match tie. Lots at stake for both competitors. A win for Fletcher likely guarantees him a playoff spot. A loss by Okada and its gonna be interesting to see how his match with Shelton goes cuz that could determine the other winner.

Show just ended. Crowd was exhausted but woke up for Ricochet and Komander. There was a botch during the women's tag match that could've ended a lot worse. Think Kudo/Toyoda

I like Brody, hope after the tourney he has more stuff to do. Wish Black, Buddy, or Hobbs would have taken Juice's place instead of Kommander. I know he's injured, but would be cool to see a video or something from Eddie regarding the tourney, since he won last year.

Crazy how Cole turned on MJF but somehow MJF ended up being the heel? I know I'm not here weekly but that's still crazy to me

It is quite convoluted but Cole getting injured basically killed the momentum of that angle since they didn't really do shyt with his heel group after the MJF beatdown and injury angle (I think that's how they wrote him off). Of course they still needed to follow up on that so they have MJF beat up Cole during that blink and you missed it face run and it got a good reaction from the crowd. They didn't really follow up on it though and by the time Cole was finally ready to come back MJF had already turned heel again throwing off the entire dynamic of the feud.

I feel like MJF would tolerate (for a time anyway) someone sleazy enough to manipulate and betray him if for no other reason than to keep that person close enough to return the favor. Should have just had them have a tense alliance until MJF did eventually get his lick back and you could start a proper feud from there.

Did Cole ever even acknowledge the disintegration of his group or any of the bad shyt he did? I'll have to look it up.

Funny enough, looking at cagematch, Hechicero has had 9 matches in AEW. Only one past 20 was casino gauntlet that Ospreay won back in May. Think it was one that earned him title shot at FD.

Second one was in February vs Bryan Danielson around 15 minutes and that one was rated 4 and a half stars and 8.27 per the fan votes on there so def was a good match.

He appeared on a rampage recently but hasn't been around since June. Figure they would use him around this time with the upcoming cross promotion show since cmll involved as well but who knows.

He is a great technical wrestler as evident by his match with BD as well as with ZSJ. So not like he's the worst guy to have on the card. Better than stuff like Jericho or Ishii and all that chopping stuff. Has more originality.
