The biggest womanizer I know, who happens to be one of my best friends, was an ultra simp back in high school but went off the deep end after his high school sweetheart cheated on him. If you talk to men that are overly promiscuous and really break it down, you can usually trace their actions back to a past heartbreak. I'm probably an exception rather than the norm but I still love being with my wife, if not more, than I did when we first got together ten years ago.

Probably easily a 100+ by my guess. He's made his money under the table and was able to parlay it into some pretty nice properties and is still in the game. He comes from a pretty good background and is constantly travelling the world and partying. My wife is the only woman that's ever been able to check him and get him out of his comfort zone. He holds our family in a very high regard and is constantly being candid with the both of us about his lifestyle and it actually comes off as pretty sad honestly. He recently knocked up a chick who's now staying at his house on his dime and she knows she hit the jackpot with him. He does what he pleases and she has a place to stay and raise their kid as long as she doesn't sleep with anybody else.

I think your right about overly promiscuous...Those are the extreme cases
