LOL thanks but this is more for the experience and the mental toughness you get from j rob camps, i drill with state placers and i wrestle in tournaments year round and i'm about to start some freestyle this summer, and i do strength training and calistethenics, jumping from 135 to 160, but thnks for words, appreciate it14 days aren't going to make you a new wrestler breh, are there any wrestling schools in your area? Find one, wrestle year round drill with quality guys and you will get better.
I'll help you out next week but take whatever you get from this and focus on wrestling year round and get on a good strength and conditioning program and you will do all kinds of work breh
Would of made it to states but fukked in districts but ill jump back for senior year
I wrestle in highschool, in michigan it goes districts, regionals, then states. and its all about weight classes not grade. Also michigan has 4 divisions which is determined by school sizeHow does it go over there? Here the districts is totally separate from the states, to go to states in NJ you have to place in any of the 5 or 6 qualifies. Districts are something different all together, I prefer the states because they match them up by age and weight. My son placed at states but didn't do so well in the districts because it's strictly by weight, shyt makes no sense he was going up against 75lb 8th graders and he is in 5th grade How do you weight 75lbs in the 8th grade he came in like 5th in districts.
