I do ten minutes on the stair master before every workout. Level 9 and don’t touch the hand rails. Gets me a good sweat going before I do the rest of my work.

The stair master is my go to cardio machine now. One thing you could do for better gains is to spice it up with high intensity intervals. Like on the stairs master, I will crank it up to 16 for a minute, and then dial it back down to 4 for a minute while I recover. I repeat that for 30 minutes.

On the treadmill, I crank it up to 10 or 11 for a minute, and slow it back down to 3 for a minute while I recover.

Outside I primarily work on sprints instead of light jogs. I don't consider a cardio workout effective unless I'm about to fall over gasping for air when I'm done.

Nahhhh my stamina was trash thats why I adopted the stairmaster to get my shyt up. Now its about pushing limits and seeing how far I can take it.

Last year hit a 6:50 mile, going for sub 6 minute this year. Just having fun out here tryna get slutty in these ice cold skreets :mjlit:
Ay do your thing man, I ain't gonna knock it !! Summer coming up gotta wear these hoe's out !!!

Some of us also like he had good cardiovascular health

You can do that without losing massive amounts of electros and increasing your cravings due to using up all reserves. Unless you are training for a marathon I don’t see the point. I get the same results getting 6k steps just by doing daily walks :manny: Rather spend the time in the gym lifting instead of an hour on some static machine sweating and breathing all over shyt

shyts done wonders for my blood pressure. granted, I made lifestyle changes, the biggest being cutting out alcohol, but intense cardio got my shyt looking beautiful now.

doc just changed my meds to a lower dosage this week, hopefully I'll be fully off by the time summer hits.
