We have too many young single mothers in their teens and early twenties that just want to party and live off child support, whilst the kids are neglected.

It doesn’t always happen like that. A lot of career oriented women put kids off to their 30s. It’s happening more and more these days where career women are increasing in numbers. Especially now that many families need both parents working to deal with affordability.
Some people take years to have kids. I know someone that had been trying for years. Finally had one at 40.
The amount of retarded men out there I don’t blame some women for putting off having kids.

The older women get the increased chance they have complications when it comes to pregnancy.. Those are biological facts.
There’s a single motherhood problem in the black community that started when feminism was introduced in the 60s/70s. And that was even further complicated with the crack epidemic/war on drugs that targeted the black community.
No its not outside factors which are the problem with the black community but those in the black community slacking off with low vibrational mentality, being irresponsible, expecting others in their family and outside the family to pick up the slackness they have created through laziness, irresponsibility, entitlement.
