The gunplay and overall feel of the game after having played it is it's slightly below par compared to MW'19. I'm too tired and lazy to get too technical but the movement and sounds are off. Movement feels a bit too slow and clunky and the sounds just aren't hitting like they did before. MW 19 was visibly slower than Cold War and I loved it so it's not that I prefer faster more arcadey CODS which I notice some players gravitate towards.
The UI and interface is just overall terrible. Like why even change it so much?

This game is complete ass. Played about 6-8 hours over the course of yesterday and today.
I'm sure I missed plenty of other issues but these are the main ones. Already requested my refund, probably skipping Warzone this year too tbh.

- Visibility is a huge issue. Window/door campers are having a field day with this as for some reason the windows are extremely dark. Someone can be standing in certain doorways/windows about 20 feet away from you and you won't see them at all. No red dots or nametags above enemies makes it even worse especially since your teammates blue dots show up through walls for some reason.
- The mini-map change was non-sensical. The whole point of suppressed weapons is so that you don't show up on the map when you shoot, but you're also punished by having a heavier weapon reducing ADS speed slightly and most of all range/damage reduction. There is absolutely no point in using a suppressor in this game. This also allows UAVs to basically snowball a game from my experience.
- The perk system has been overhauled for some stupid ass reason. If you join a match in progress where everyone else has their 'master' (or whatever the fukk it's called) perk then you're basically fukked.
- SBMM still in the fukking game so those of us with high KDs/SPM are essentially playing the equivalent of BO2s ranked playlist every time we get into match making. Thank god I have fiber internet or the experience would be 10x worse since CBMM has gone out the window in favor of SBMM.
- Lobbies still disbanding after the match. WHY?!?!?!
- The UI and especially the loadout UI is complete and utter garbage. The developers responsible for the UI must be fresh out of some shytty coding bootcamp that had no UX/UI courses because holy shyt. This is the most convoluted and confusing create a class in COD history.
- Whoever is responsible for the museum map needs to be burnt at the stake.
