I downloaded the game 2 weeks ago and hardly play and still won my first game. The fact that I even won proves you don’t have to be “good” to win. Now I don’t suck, but I know I’m not great. The fact that I won and the game before I came in 2nd probably means you can be casual as fukk and still win.Nothing you do in Warzone is elite Gaming

It's not TDM. You go from house to house and take a nice clear route to the middle at all times. Whoever you see along the way is who you deal with. If you want to go looking to kill everybody just go run around without using cover and see how that works out for you. This is true tactics
I think streamers/youtubers underperforming was inevitable and was trending that way in WZ1 anyway.
The content has become stale. I don't think the actual playerbase and number of people playing would reflect this sentiment.
Streamers who play solos are doing better than ever. I think people are just tired of watching 4 top 50 players 4 stack and mop pubs up all day. Oh another kill race? So fun.
The streamers want to blame the game but to me it's mostly them. They kind of made their own bed by making their content revolve around pub stomping.
Don't tell me playing strategically is boring either, it's just not. Those solo 100k games were some of the best viewing ever, and everyone slowed down and played for the win. Iron has some of the most consistent viewership #'s in the space, He prioritizes strategy and efficiency. Pub G was one of the biggest games in the world and on twitch for YEARS, and never relied on kill counts.
There is no shame in playing a BR like a BR.

This game has skill based lobbies, you start in super easy ones and the better you do the harder they get.

It's not that hard to luck into a win playing center zone occasionally but I promise it won't work that way in the long run.
Put it this way, winning just 5% of your games puts you in the top like 8% of all players. Vast majority of players win less than 1% of their games.

KD- "Loss? Ya'll play for wins? Casuals!! I dropped 42 who cares if lost? Their star player only scored 30, I'm clearly better"

Iron is the only one who gets high numbers. All the other top guys play for kills.
He also stopped participating in customs because he couldn't compete against the best players.

Breh, we're in Tier 1 (Hardcore) and dude dropped a Stealth Bomber across the map and got zero kills. Creh raged for a solid 60 seconds and left the game.
