It's been opened up (Not tampered with, I just used the air canister on it as a last ditch effort to save it, cleaned the dust, but didn't fix the console obviously). I broke that MSFT seal though, not sure if that means anything to you. I'm assuming you have to break the seal anyways.

Depends on what comes with the console. If it has the power brick and AV i usually pay 40 including shipping ($25 for the console $15 for shipping) If it has the HDD with it i usually pay $50..Thats what i do on Ebay atleast. You can check out the prices on there if u wish..And i dont mind that its been open as long as it hasnt been tampered with as in someone tried to fix it
