I even heard that the dude in the blue shirt got beat up by the gunman's brother and they(the other ppl who were shot) caught the brother and killed him and that's why dude shot them. Dude in the hoodie was about to go up to his homies and tell them that is ol' boy's brother, but he got shot before he could.


Again, that is just one of the theories I heard

If one of them did kill his brother, my guess would be the dude in the hoodie. The shooter made it a point to go after him first and give him 2 more shots at the end for good measure.
