anyway to answer your question, i think that neely fuller advocates for black people to stay away from each other, particularity in gatherings larger than 2.
he never speaks about black people staying away from other nonwhite groups, but based off of his assertion (and empirical evidence), that the entire planet is insane, and backwards, it is fitting to avoid any sort of unnecessary conflict, by maintaining solitude, or only coming together for constructive purposes.
when i think about all the conflict I've gotten into over the course of my life, it's either been from talking too much, or being around the wrong people(meaning anyone who are not aware of what white supremacy is, and how it works). i prefer solitude to study and work in peace anyway.
