That's a bullrope/strap match. The dog collar is just to keep your opponent from escaping.

It didn't help that Punk cut himself to the white meat and MJF looks like he's legit hurting from the match. Both dudes not built for the dog collar like Piper and Valentine

Hmmm...I like the blood and Punk's ROH callbacks (not sure everyone in the crowd got it, which makes me feel very old), but there's something missing from this match. It's not bad, but it feels as if it's lacking a bit of intensity (believe it or not).

The crowd is just not into it for some reason. I think they've worked a dog collar match like they should, not sure what the crowd was expecting but they are like ""
