AJ lost popularity after the losses too, before the Usyk fight there was no way AJ was going to fight at the O2 arena lol, he did that twice (Franklin, Helenius) now. The difference between his and Usyk’s drawing power was just too big for Usyk to take his place as a draw, not the same as Bud and Spence who weren’t that far apart to begin with.
Idk about your Cruz example either, did Cruz even highlighted a card as the A side? I can only recall the Tank fight where he was the main event and there obviously Tank was the drawing name. What do we know about how big Cruz is?

So I just doubt Spence would be the draw he was before and even then he wasn’t a superstar. Guess we’ll see it soon

And Spence being back in talks of a titke fight speaks volumes of PBC trying to do in-house stuff than anything else. I know, other promoters do this shyt too just saying.

I was on this forum wanting to see Bud vs Tszyu, boots or even Ortiz right after the Spence fight....dudes was telling me that he don't need to fight anybody and downplaying everybody mentioned but now them same dudes want to see Bud vs Fundora

Crawford is in a bind...Jermell was a loud fight that people would of paid attention to but he dismissed it and his options arent all that great. Spence always had options..he could of ran and ducked Crawford by just skipping to 154 like Canelo did Andrade when he wentvto 168 to fight a sissy like Rocky Felding but he didnt. Spence loves the tough fights for whatever reason. All this means is good stuff..Fundora has to do the rematch or a Spence payday. Fundora is in a great spot...

He should of tried to get the Jermell fight like 3 months later since Spence was getting eye surgery. Or go after Tim just to stay busy...hes too skilled for Tim..would if been easy for him. What happened to him fighting Eubanks at Middle? They had serious talks...i think, right?

Jermell coming down two weight classes would have turned it down and understandably so.

A Eubank fight at 160 is the rumor but idk if thats true. I have no doubt that Bud would be welcomed by EVERY promotion and there are so many fights for him, but he ain't out here calling no one but Canelo out.
