Auditing is how they are going to catch a lot of people. Even if you don’t get any jail time, you’re still going to have to pay all that bread back times 1.5.

Even if they don’t catch you next year, they can hit the  at anytime asking for all of your income and paperwork going back a certain number of years.

A while back, this chick asked me to help her run game where we rig paperwork to help people get $2,000 unemployment a week and we both split the finders fee for each person. I hit her with the :whoa::gucci: and kept it moving :mjlol:
Put her contact info on my DM breh. I should be able to put a decent attorney on retainer with the money I'll be making:mjlit:

10k is chump change, he will get away with it. Not worth the FEDS time & money to prosecute him
10000 is just enough to be listed as a felony. its that amount for a reason

if your tax bracket makes a jump while everyone is losing jobs/getting pay cuts

or if the charges on those government issued debit cards look suspicious

you more than likely gonna set off an automated audit trigger

not worth it. you can save 10k a year and not have to look over your shoulder. even if you dont get prosecuted. having to pay 10k back with interest is not woah

10k is chump change to the government, they go for the dudes scamming large funds before they go for the low level scammers
It’s not. One year I made a mistake and took a $2500 student loan credit which I didn’t know I qualified for that year. The previous years I did. I got the money with my refund and thought everything was cool until 6 months later when I got a letter from the IRS with a payment plan and penalty attached to the amount. You would think they would give you a break for making a mistake, but they want interest for your mistake.

:mjlol:

a black man fleeing the country with a mil stolen from the feds, in the midst of a global pandemic?

ok.
I guess you can’t just drive to Mexico then fly out from there huh? I guess that’s out of the realm since he lives in TEXAS. :dwillhuh:

And him stealing from the feds is even MORE of a reason to flee :dwillhuh:

Should he just stay in America considering Uncle Sam ALWAYS gets you at some point?

What point are you even trying to make? :dwillhuh:

How is driving to Mexico impossible? :dwillhuh:Any of us could drive to Mexico right now, it’s not closed borders due to covid :dwillhuh:

Do you know how much 1.6 million could get you in and out of Mexico? :dwillhuh:

Fake id’s fake passports are not hard to acquire....:dwillhuh:

So I guess it’s better to stay in America and get caught right?

And that is what they want you to think. If the irs say pay up,you pay up or you will be prosecuted because it all adds up.
Exactly. That's how I know most of these coli-nikkas are still claimed as dependents.

The IRS just sent me a letter that I owe $59.34 from a miscalculation on my 2016 returns. They want their money.
