looks like breh’s hairline has already served time.
It all depends on what they did.I can tell you on very good authority they will absolutely waste their time for that amount even if not immediately. May not get jail time but you will have to pay that money back, ain't no running from it either because then can and will garnish your checks if necessary.
thats bad luck...and/or you triggered something in the system.
nikkaS OVERPAID ME $60 IN UNEMPLOYMENT
BACK IN THE DAY.
THEY CAME BACK FOR THAT $60 DOLLARS.
THESE PPL SIT A COMPUTERS
AND MAKE THEIR BONUSES BY
CORRECTING shyt LIKE THIS
SO THEY HAVE INCENTIVE TO "WASTE THEIR TIME" ON EVERYTHING.
Maybe. Who knows what the government has planned to audit or track the small-timers. But what's gon happen when it comes time to submit documentation for forgiveness?
- those fools who don't get $150,000 probably mess around and be ok...Or the people who business goes under anyway.
Feds go after the bigger fish then work their way down
All of these goofies who got loans in their name / social thinking its sweet now
this isnt true breh.it’s actually literally the opposite, regular folk don’t have high priced lawyers ready to jump in and litigate for months.
contrary to popular belief the IRS been short staffed for years, so they go for the little guy...ie minorities and poor folk
It all depends on what they did.
If it was something super goofy then yeah...they will get caught.
but people get away with a lot of crazy shyt...
...its like a 1% chance they even look at it (unless its a complete fraud).
@Don DiegoThats finna be the nikka that was on here bragging the other day about shyt like this lol.
this isnt true breh.
You are much more likely to get audited the more you make.
People who make 7 figures and better get hit up at a higher percentage.
Think of all the people youve known that claim kids on their taxes that aint theres...
...I dont know one person that ever had to give that money back.
I DEFINITELY KNOW PPL WHO HAVE...
MAYBE THEY JUST DIDNT TELL YOU.
Yep. Prosecutors are going to make an example AND the media is going to make your name go national instead of staying local.I read in the Times this morning and the headline was Another man arrested for buying a lamborghini with PPP loans lol
It's not worth it, prosecutors are going to be making examples of people, and asking for long sentences, and of course, all the money will be seized, and you will have to pay back what they can't seize.
So, you get out of federal prison, after lets say 75 months, no job, no money, and lets say 500k in debt to the Justice Department.
My moms old boyfriend (refer to him as my stepdad)had to pay it back eventhough he helped practically raise us. He could showed the receipts to fix it, but he didn’t for some reason. They just took it from his refund during income tax time until it was paid back.
You used to be able to get away with it, until they really started cracking down on it in recent years.
They just arrested a maga white dude in Florida for stealing $3.9 million. Stop playing the race card. smhSo all dem cacs can eat and take advantage of the system but they come down on this breh
Breh was an idiot flossing that quickly though.
Should have invested the money in legitimate businesses like a laundromat etc etc
YepWasn’t there a thread about Coli brehs doing this? You will go to jail, folks. Stop it. The feds don’t miss. It’s easy as fukk for them to verify payrolls since everyone pays into social security/taxes/etc. You may get approved for funds but if it’s BS they will find you.
