We would think that he got raped, which would be awful and unnacceptable.
Interesting question though, what would YOU think ? That it was normal ?
There is a moment where the victim blaming got to stop. A woman (or a man) could be drunked out of her mind, naked in the middle of the street and her legs wide open, that would still NOT excuse nor justify nor validate any sexual acts commited upon her. Yes, she would have been extremely stupid to be in that state in the first place, but that would never render acceptable any rape.
A rapist is a predator that prey on the weak, the vulnerable or the fragile and use his predatory skills and tools to rape his victims. He (or she because women rape women too) can be family, a friend or a total stranger but they all have in common that they force (mentally and/or physically) their way in somebody's intimacy. It is, and should never be tolerated. Ever.
People think because somebody slipped, it can justify the crime but that's the animal mentality, the law of the jungle. And please stop with the survival of the fittest stuff, that's the same mentality that allowed wars, genocides, human traffickings, financial crisis, ecological disasters, murders and so on. So please, stop picking your battles and be logical for a moment. Defend the weak against the predators, that's what the civilized is supposed to do.
I swear next time we gon hear something like "Well she was 9 and sucking a lollipop, it's normal she got raped..."
