Again, this would set a dangerous precedent. By all means, I can look at these punks and I can tell they have some "ain't shyt" parents or parent/guardian. HOWEVER, there are cases where the parents are either unaware of what their kids are up to because some kids can be sneaky and keep up a facade. Also, there are parents who are really trying their best, but the kid is just gone.

Blaming the parent every time their kid does something bad is just like giving the parent credit when their kid is doing good... And there are plenty of "ain't shyt" parents who have kids that have never gotten in trouble and did well for themselves.

This is crazy. We have no idea how these kids grew up or any knowledge of the services they did or didn't receive from the state.

You can't be upset at how this country deals with poverty after Jordan Neely was murdered on the train last week, but then say lock up the parents when a lot of them face conditions like Neely.
