Am going to tell whats going to happen

Step 1: isolate all the poor ppl to one side of this historically nice town
Step 2: deprive them of good jobs and education
Step 3: watch these communities turn to shyt with crime
Step 4: apply the final blow by allowing the property value to hit the floor
Step 5: watch the last decent citizens/bussiness owners flee
Step 6: delcare that the communites are a failure
Step 7: close & tear down schools,homes,businesses
Step 8 : rebuild all these places declare a renisance
Step 9 : sell luxury condos to middle/upper class :mjpls:
Step 10: victory

yeah i kind of am feeling this way as well. i read a little thing the other day that said violent crime or crime in general is increasing around the country.... thats strange because it had just been decreasing for quite some time yet whats interesting is a lot of these places are already ghost towns more or less via white flight, disinvestment, imprisonment... if conditions were to just get slightly worse.... it would be very easy to bring down populations enough and just tear whole entire areas down and build over them or as you said basically step 5 - step 10

northside st louis is a good example the population size/density there has been reduced to a sliver to the point of there being no kind of a tax base or economic activity and is just barely hanging on by a thread right now. almost every other home in the area is vacant with large portions and segments of blocks being just empty. it would be easy to just tear the whole area down at this point. the population is so reduced that the only thing stopping that from happening completely is what little is left of the people still living there. what happened in north st louis might be the fate of a lot of places in the near future ie philly etc... populations getting gutted and the whole area eventually getting demolished or gentrified

You mean Northern Liberties, Fishtown and University City :troll:

On a serious note... when all the blue collar jobs left the city the poor folks were doomed.

I gotta get up outta this city. It's only gonna get worse. Kids already running the streets all wild n shyt. But they had to foresee this shyt coming. Schools are paid for by taxes, a lot of empty lots and deadbeat landlords skate on paying their property taxes in this city. The city department that oversees collections has a small staff and they are years behind in trying to go after delinquencies. The entire system here is just fukked up

Instead of using taxpayer money for schools, they decided to double the space of the convention center here, talkin' bout it "It will bring more tourism revenue to the city" Well you know what, now that it's done being built, the city has actually lost conventions to other cities because they don't want to deal with the a$$hole unions here charging outrageous fees. So now we have this huge space, that nobody wants to use, and we're losing more money over the next few years

The main problem with Philly is
1.City Council
2.Unions
3.Political Racism
4.Court System.
I could write a book about those 4 issues by themselves. What they are accomplishing is getting rid of Philly of the lower class because the folks who ran to the surburbs decades ago knows it is cheaper etc.... to move back. The results is succesful too because towns that was once nice and good are horrible.

My old neighborhood is a prime example, Francisville next to the Fairmount section.

That state is corrupt on so many levels. You mean to tell me none of those congressmen and women could not stop this. They just sold out all those kids futures.

Not really they just know blacks and other miniorities in general don't give a fukk so why would they care. Read the Curly effect and how the democrate party uses poor people for the own agenda for decades. Philly been a democratic city since the 50s hell all major fukk up cities has been and it is only getting worse.

when will things change

They are only going to get worse.

America is essentially a banana republic with decent infrastructure and still enough of a social safety net to prevent more extreme chaos. But Whites and Republicans are doing everything they can to pull us deeper down the rabbit hole.

Exactly this shyt going to be comparable to Brazil. Lower class and middle class in favela like hoods while the rich is containable areas, private police forces etc...

I never thought I would see the day where America is fully changing in front of our eyes.

but you know what though the wild card in that scenario is gentrification....

thats the only thing that can 1 restore populations to pre white flight levels and 2 create a tax base and economic activity in the area again.

some of these cities i can def see hitting favela status though especially deep south/some midwest where race relations prevent whites from wanting to mix with blacks at all eg st louis
