I can def sniff it out, but the same way people look at celebs and say "_______ comes off or seems like _______", I can watch rapper interviews, listen to how they talk about criminality, watch they body language around other people, read their eyes, etc, and can get a good handle on how legit they are or aren't...
That intuition never let me down in my experience, it's just a natural ability to read people based on my own history...
I didn't know nothing bout the UK shyt and when I ran thru Atlanta in 2013-2014, he wasn't a celebrity so I didn't get a line on him thru Atlantans. And I actually think his music okay, he ain't the worst of these mumble nikkas (not elite either), not by a long shot...
