There's no honor amongst none of them MFs and I'm sure they're all more friendly behind closed doors than they'd like for the public to know.

Its soul crushing. The best we can do is survive these next four years and hope the elections in 2026 and 2028 will be legitimate and fair. But we just voted in an actual fascist regime whom I doubt will go out their way to make elections less fair and transparent going forward. By voting for this man or not voting entirely millions of people may have put us all in a position where civil strife and disobedience is the ONLY means to move past this.

Countless lives are now endangered unnecessarily. They're endagered because of the actions of 1/3 of the electorate and the other 1/3 who're so ignorant to what's going in their country that some of them probably aren't even aware that Trump just got re-elected back into the WH. MAGA isn't the majority of the country. They are a minority. But because roughly 80 million eligible people don't vote in this country we are in this predicament. Think about that. 80 million fukking people.

Trump is on revenge tour..no guardrails...he's a demon with ZERO integrity, loyalty and decency. He's a liar, a thief, racist, mysoginist. GOP as you knew it is gone. It is MAGA and that shyt gonna be around for a long time. They will certainly take advantage of the power they will have unlike Dems. There's a lot of shyt that will be different. Media will change as well. Get ready for propganda twitter and these right wing podcasters to be the source of truth.

No this is distinctly different. No one really expected Trump to win. Not even himself. Groups like the Heritage Foundation didn't really have a game plan. And people sought out positions in his adminstration with the pure intention to act as a guardrail to his worse impulses. When it came time to do something unconstitutional and illegal many people in his admin pushed back. Thank God for that.

This time we will not be so lucky. Trump learned from his failed coup attempt that you need to have yes men around you. In addition the religious fanatics and right wing billionaires now have a playbook for him to follow via Project 2025.

They won't want what's coming, but I think right now they want it. I mean, they voted for it. They don't know what they've lost. And they've lost a lot.

Has it hit Americans yet that they basically destroyed their future for many years to come? shyt got me sad and angry all at the same time because other countries will copy.

Think about it. Politicians can lie with impunity. They can run campaigns with 0 respect for their opponents or the opposing party. They can skirt and flat out break the law no problem. A non-president can cavort with allies and interfere with wars, elections, etc. Trump and Netanyahu shyt is disgusting. Striking down bills to help people for political gain is disgusting behavior. Dude getting the military to go after his detractors... How did all this shyt become acceptable? A convicted felon who caused an insurrection...had ties to Epstein, was found liable for sexual abuse...bruh ran for president to avoid prison and it fukking worked.

shyt has jumped the shark. Integrity and honesty will no longer exist in politics. I'm not even going to get into this clown appointing 2 more judges. So much progress is going to be rolled back, so many people gonna be fukked. I don't think folk truly understand what is about to happen. Good luck

Things take time. You cannot turn an economy around in 2 years. That's why America never fully learns from its mistakes of electing Republican presidents. Democrats constantly have to fix their messes and when people feel things aren't improving at the rate they'd like they vote in another Republican. Rinse, repeat.
