I wanna see a breakdown of percentage of Latino voters by generation, i.e are they 1st gen, 2nd gen, 3rd gen American. Cause the last bullet right and I'd have to guess the ones voting are likely 2nd/3rd gen

Why wouldn't they? Progressives have supported pro Latino policy for decades from immigration to bilingual education.
She ran an awful truncated campaign that intentionally tied itself to a historically unpopular administration. On top of that, she's a weak candidate/politician that has a proven track record of failing to galvanize voters. Finally, she's a black woman in a racist country.
Add it all up and you get a shytty polarizing republican candidate winning the popular vote.
